Veritiv (formerly Xpedx) is a premier worldwide producer of corrugated containers and packaging solutions. Operating through one of its many manufacturing and distribution sites in Louisville, Veritiv partners with Employment Solution’s Qbox for a variety of smaller run die cut containers that require significant amounts of manual assembly. This partnership has kept QBox’s die cutter rolling and the hands of its workforce, consisting primarily of people with intellectual disabilities, busy for more than 15 years.


Foam Design Logo

Foam Design manufactures a host of foam plastic items that are distributed around the globe. For more than 20 years, Foam Design has used Employment Solutions Personnel for its vital staffing needs. This relationship has provided people with barriers to employment many hundreds of thousands of dollars of income to support their families.


Vocational Rehabilitation Logo

For more than three decades, the counselors of the Kentucky Office for Vocational Rehabilitation have connected people with disabilities with the job placement and other services provided by Employment Solutions’ Bluegrass Career Services. This relationship has resulted in thousands of people with disabilities in Central Kentucky obtaining jobs and paychecks.

Employment Solutions has been accredited by the Council on Occupational Education since 2004. This relationship provides the students who attend our College for Technical Education campuses the assurance that the programs offered will be of the highest standards for instructional, administrative and financial integrity


The Division for DIDD, along with the Division for Medicaid Services, manages both the Supports for Community Living and Michelle P. Waiver programs. These essential programs help thousands of Kentuckians with intellectual and other developmental disabilities obtain residential, employment and other support services through hundreds of organizations throughout the Commonwealth, including Employment Solutions.


Lexington Food Service provides fresh fruit and vegetable products to a variety of school systems throughout Central Kentucky. Through this partnership, our Fresh Approach division keeps its workforce, composed primarily of people with intellectual disabilities, very busy every day, while helping to provide public school students with fresh, nutritious meals.
