Who We Are We maintain a highly qualified, experienced staff and pride ourselves in our careful employee selection and ongoing training for all staff positions. A volunteer Board of Directors representing an active, cross-section of the community determines employment Solutions' policies and goals. How We're Funded Our funding is derived from a variety of sources including sales, Department of Medicaid Services, Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Office of Vocation Rehabilitation, Bluegrass Mental Health-Mental Retardation Board and rental income.
