Employment Solutions helps people with barriers to employment become successfully employed. A barrier to employment can involve one or more difficulties that prevent an individual from achieving their full work potential. The divisions of Employment Solutions help people become employed by offering services ranging from vocational skills training to job placement services. We believe anyone possessing the desire to work can do so.

Our $4.5 million annual budget is derived from a variety of sources including the sales of goods and services to the public, Department of Medicaid Services, Department of Vocation Rehabilitation, Department for the Blind, Cabinet for Families and Children, Bluegrass Mental Health-Mental Retardation Board, Mayor's Training Center, Community Action Council, rental income, United Way of the Bluegrass and charitable gaming.
